If you like to complete housecleaning tasks on a daily basis, you should create a daily housecleaning schedule. By setting aside some time every day to complete your housecleaning tasks, you will have a lot more free time to do the things that you need and want to do. - Give certain chores top priority. For instance, if wearing clean clothes is important to you and your large family, then wash one load of clothing a day instead of waiting until the end of the week. - Enlist the help of others. Include your children and spouse in creating and implementing your daily housecleaning schedule. This will not only give them a sense of inclusion but will instill pride when they check off completed tasks.
- Include monthly, weekly, and quarterly tasks in your daily schedule. Although your plan is to clean on a daily schedule, you will still need to complete some chores on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis. For instance, the kitchen and bathroom floors might be needed to be cleaned weekly, the refrigerator cleaned monthly and windows cleaned quarterly. So, make sure to include both monthly and quarterly tasks into future housecleaning schedules.
